Hey all,

I am trying to calculate the fractal dimension of a DEM using a box-
counting method.

First, I'm trying to get a volumetric calculation of the DEM. It
seems using the VOXEL_PROJ is what I'm looking for, but am a bit hung
up on how to define the z-value. If I read in my DEM as a 2D array,
should it convert it for me into a 3D array?

Anyone else used the voxel_proj or another method to get at the
fractal dimension of DEMs?
