IIRC, ITTVIS did consider making the database of tech support
incidents accessible via the WWW page, but they decided not to, on the
grounds that it was commercially sensitive (ie. potentially
embarrassing).

But the usual disclaimer applies: I have never been wrong before, but
maybe this is the first time.
