Hi, I have albedo data that I would like to plot as an image, but I'm
not sure how to create the colours to go with it. I know how to
create a colour table (thanks to dfanning), but how to I map each
colour to the range of albedo values for that colour?

Basically I have three array: lat, long, and albedo and I would like
to produce a map with lat and long as the axes and colour giving the
albedo value.

I know this should be easy but I'm new to IDL and getting a bit
overwhelmed!
