Easily. Just download and install Java Anon Proxy. Then follow the
instructions. After you have been connected, activate Anti-Censorship-
Service (maybe other name - my is in German). Don't forget to change
your proxy server properties of your webbrowser back to the old
entries, if you don't use JAP.

That's all. Have a try.
