IDL 7.1 - importing of project fails [message #66940]

Hi folks,

I have just installed IDL 7.1 on Ubuntu Jaunty. The workbench runs,
licensing works, however, importing projects fails miserably. What I
did:
File->New->IDL Project
The new IDL Project Wizard opened
If I now enter the path to my project, unselect the Update IDL path
thing and click Finish, I get a popup window with the enlightening
message : 'Error'

Does anybody maybe have an idea what is going wrong here?
