We have started another listserv at Visual Numerics to inform people of

Visual Numerics Quarterly Web Site News Vol. 1 No. 1

Welcome to the first edition of the Visual Numerics Web Site News. In
today's rapidly changing environment the importance of the information
superhighway is permeating almost every aspect of our lives. This is
particularly true in the area of information access. Visual Numerics is
investing significantly in the expansion of its worldwide Web site during
1996. These expansions include expanded product information and
support services as well as the availability to download demonstrations
and product software. Take a moment to check out the exciting changes
that have taken place over the past few months on our home page

New and Interesting

Developers Corner:

Visit our garage. The Developer's Corner features projects in progress,
many focusing on Internet technologies such as Java, VRML, CGI, and
HTML. There are links to other sites working with Visual Numerics'
products. The Developer's Corner now features a message based
bulletin board on the website. Come on in for a visit and talk with Java
Jim at www.vni.com/garage/index.html.

ObjectSuite:

With the release of the C++ Charting Module, the ObjectSuite pages
have been revised and more information added. Check out the exciting
new features available in the C++ Charting Module at
www.vni.com/objectsuite/objectsuite.html.

Application Studies:

Browse through our library of application studies at
www.vni.com/AppStudy/index.html to find out what other people are
doing with Visual Numerics products. Many of the studies are available
now, with more coming every week.

User Library of VDA Tools:

If you are a PV-WAVE user, you'll want to download the new VDA Tools
in the user library. Find the new tools at

Electronic Distribution of Products:

The new PV-WAVE 6.03 release is available for download. Download from

Interested in a PV-WAVE training class? For a calendar of available

product lines:

The PV-WAVE Technical Support area of our Web site provides

In the coming months, these services will be expanded to include
the entire Visual Numerics product line.

The next edition of New Directions, the Visual Numerics Corporate
