Hi Bernat,
If you are on Windows you could try to use a tool called
AutomationAnywhere,
which will basically 'click the button for you'. I have never tried
it, so
I do not know if this works with IDL GUIs. The full version will also
set
you back around $500, but maybe there are freeware alternatives on the
net.
