Has anyone else had problems reading DICOM files in 7.1 using
read_dicom() that worked fine in previous versions? It looks like
ITTVis added a check to see if the file being read had a DICOM
preamble, but it seems like it handles preamble-less DICOM files just
fine by creating the IDLffDICOM object and using the Read method.
