Hi all

I have a .roi file defining each county in Japan as a ROI. Now I need
to designate the population of each county to every pixel within its
ROI.
I had gone through the ROI related threads on this group, and still
can't come up with a rigid idea about how to do this. The last way I
will try is to read the line and sample numbers of each pixel in the
ASCII file output from ENVI and set the value for them. Is there a
smarter way to do the job? Any suggestion will be very helpful.

David, Hsu
