Sunview to Xview conversion [message #685]

We just recently upgraded from pv-wave version 2.1, running under Sunview,
to version 4.01, under Xwindows.

We have a bunch of procedures written for the older version which use Sunview
to create windows, menus, sliders, bottons, etc. Now our problem is to convert
those procedures so they can run under the new version. Basically, we need to
convert Sunview functions like "icon_create" to something similar in Xview.

There is a program called "convert_to_xview" that would translate most of this
functions, but not all. Has anyone had to face a similar problem? We have an
interface program written in "C" that interfaces the pv-wave procedures with
Sunview. I'm trying to modify the program so it interfaces the same procedures
and Xview..

Any suggestions welcome.
