Hello,

Can somebody tell me how to size a combination
of plots prepared with !p.multi such that on a
postscript device, the full printing area can be
used?

I have tried to adjust the printing area with
!p.position, however changing these values
does not help to address the lower half of the
ps page as printing area. !d.x_size or other
device parameter can not be changed because they
are read-only.

In short: How do I use the full paper size of
my printer for ps plots prepared with idl?

Any help on this subject will be appreciated.

greetings

Hans van Leeuwen
