zero padding one dimension of an multi dim array [message #68804] Wed, 02 December 2009 01:54

I'd like to enlarge a dimension of a multi-dimension array, such that
the original data stays centred, and the new values are zeros. At the
moment I'm copying a 6-dimension COMPLEXARR data set into a new 6
dimension COMPLEXARR, using the new dimension sizes. Is there a more
efficient way, which avoids doubling up on memory with the copy
process?
Thanks.
