"stack plot" function from ENVI in IDL? [message #69987]

hello,

i'd like to plot 20-30 histograms in one plot window and i'd like to
use something that is similar to the "stack plot" option in an ENVI
plot window. where the absolute y-values are no longer availible.
instead on the y-axis should be displayed something like "offset for
clarity".

the stack- or ladder plot function is not what i'm looking for!

i found nothing about this. but i wonder because it is availible in
ENVI?!
