Just use what you wrote:

lambda=lambda_0+dindgen(1024)*dispersion
iplot,lambda,flux

Where lambda_0, dispersion and flux are the variables you got from the
file. In case you are wondering, dindgen(1024) is a function that
returns an array with 1024 elements, with values from 0 to 1023.
