outline keyword for bar_plot [message #70236]

I've run into a problem that I suspect is simple to solve but I can't
figure it out. When I use bar_plot in the windows device I can use the
outline keyword to draw a black outline around the bars. When I switch
to the PS device the outlines are drawn white, against a white
background. I need them to draw black. Does anyone out there know the
setting I need to change for this? The bar_plot command does not
appear to have any keywords to change this except maybe background,
but I tried that and it's still plotting black no matter what. Any
suggestions? Thanks...
