Hi all,
I'm looking for a way to create a symbol that is a colored circle
with a thick black outline. I can recreate it by first plotting a
filled black circular point, the overplotting a slightly smaller red
point, but this is a bit of a pain. Is there some way to just create a
symbol like that?
