Is it possible to have two arrays, and from these arrays plot some
information from using 'where'?

So each array represents a particular field and these are located at
grid points of a domain. From one of the arrays if I was to select for
example 'where precip ge 10' it would recognise these points on the
grid for these values and then such that at these grid points from the
other array I would want to produce a mean vertical plot of the values
for these grid points.

Would it be easier to combine them into one array? The issue is that
one array is on the x and y axis, and the other is on x, y, z axis,
BUT the x and y axis are the same for each of the arrays and equal
number of grid points...
