How can you change the position of the x or y axis in a 3d plot
(generated with SURFACE, for instance)? You can choose the
position of the z-axis using ZAXIS=1 (or 2, or 3 or 4) but there doesn't
seem to be an equivalent command for the x or y axis. Can it be done?
