Hi,
I am trying to force myself to use the new graphics system, and even
after months of tech preview this is frustrating and feels like a 25
year set back.

So here an attempt to use the new AXIS function. First problem is that
the routine seems to accept random keywords valid or not without
throwing an error message for invalid keywords. Second problem is that
I cannot find the command to set the range. Finally, I cannot figure
out how to save the range so that it can be used with the next plot.
In the axis procedure, this is done with /save.

Can someone help me before I run my head into the wall?
