I couldn't find any obvious place on the ITT Vis website to report
bugs--is there a unadvertised place to interact with the developers?
"Request support" doesn't quite sound like it fits, but I'd use it if
it's not falling into a black hole :)
For the most part, many issues I've run into have been subtle, but
there's a few big stumblers that need fixing in the short term. The
latest one I ran into yesterday: ERRORPLOT() hats (1) aren't being
clipped to the plot frame if the data point is inside the plot range;
(2) aren't being displayed at all if the data point itself is outside
the plot frame, even if the hat traverses into the plot range. The
visibility of the (symbol + hat) seems to be completely dependent on
the position of the data point alone.
Beyond that, I'm happy they obviously thought about adding
functionality to these standard utils beyond just the new graphics.
ERRORPLOT() now has the ability to pass *asymmetric* X *and* Y errors
in a single routine. Super!
