Folks,
I was just reading an article about Windows 8.0. There seems
to be no end to our problems, as this system promises to
"revolutionize the way we do computing", too. I'm wondering
if IDL 8.0 and Windows 8.0 are twins, separated at birth. :-(
Cheers,
David
P.S. Let's just say I'm old enough to know that when something
promises to "change the way you work" it's not a Good Thing. :-(

Hm, maybe, but don't forget that Windows 7 is better than Vista. So,
maybe Windows 8 will be better. Who knows?

Yep, I'm interested. But maybe your retirement account is too small
for this wager :) It might be better if you would sell some more IDL
books for this wager (in the meanwhile) ;)
