Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone has some kind of utility written to
calculate orbits. What I need is to be able to input parameters like
mass of central object, orbital inclination, eccentricity, semi-major
axis, and orbital phase and output position and velocity information.
Any suggestions, or do I need to write something myself? Thanks!
