My beef with CELL_FILL is the tremenous number of vertices created,
and the file size of postscript output when CELL_FILL is involved. Is
there any way to reach a sort of middle ground between the robustness
of CELL_FILL and the small vertex count of FILL? (Other than degrading
the data or chopping down on the number of fill levels?)
