z-buffer and usersym,/fill [message #737]

I am using IDL 2.2.1 on a Sun SPARC station to make 3-D plots.

I find that the /fill keyword in the usersym procudure crashes IDL whenever
I use z-buffering. Has anyone else encountered this? Do you know of a
solution to the problem?
