Hi all,

I have been experimenting with using IDLffLangCat to provide alternate
language strings for GUI elements (eg. button text, menu items. I
think I have it working reasonably well, but I'm a bit stuck on one
point. If I provide some text for a menu item with accented characters
(eg. Source des données), it doesn't display properly in the Motif
environments (X11 on Mac OS X). Is this an IDL issue? Do I need to set
a particular font for the menu that contains this character? Is it an
X11 issue? Do I need to use embedded string formatting? Documentation
is not much help here, but I hope that someone can shed some light.

Will.
