As it seems to me, this is not a problem with one file extension but with every type of image. I also tried to open .tif or .png file and I'm receiving the same mistake all the time. I think there is a problem with iImage. I think so as I'm able to make a tutorial about volume rendering in iVolume but when I want to display a single image plane in iImage the error comes out.

PS. Sorry for my English, it's not perfect but I hope that it's understandable :)
