The IDLTOOL feature available with a unix platform does not work
properly. Whenever I try to open, save or compile a file the IDLTOOL
window crashes (The window disappears and the IDL application is no
longer running). Does anyone else have this problem? I also use IDL on a
PC and SUN workstation and do not have this problem. I seem to think it
has something to do with the IRIX operating system version. If anyone
has any ideas on this I would appreciate a reply. Thanks!
