Folks,

David Brooks has a column in the New York Times this morning
that caused me, for whatever reason, to think he was writing
about Usenet newsgroups:

In any case, it reminded me again about why this is such
a special place to me, and about how much I appreciate
not only the people who answer questions here, but the
people who ask them. This is a wonderful community and
I just feel compelled to say again how much it means
to me.
