Hello all,

I need to extract information of each pixel by different land cover
classes. I have a land cover map in a vector format. Now, I need to
associate this vector information to the image file. So, I rasterized
my shape file with the resolution of my image. But, my dimensions of
the rasterized land cover maps and the image are not same. I tried to
subset my image with the rasterized land cover map, yet the dimensions
are not same.

Is there any other way to solve this issue without rasterizing the
shape file. Can i get around this issue with ROI.
