Just tip for anyone who might fall into the same trap. If you compile
(and distribute) a 64-bit IDL DLM with MS Visual C++ 2010, the user, if
he or she doesn't have the same compiler installed, will have to install
the MS Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x64). Probably
self-evident for the initiated, but ITT VIS support (and two users) had
to track the problem down for me.
