Hi,
I installed IDL8.0 on the same machine where I have idl71.
Now I can't launch IDL fro therminal using the command "idlde" and,
what is worst, I reiceve messages like

Compiled module: ...
Not a legal system variable: !P0.

Hence I can not run any more some routines.
It seems that the startup file is not read correctly and it looks for
the command "idlde" in the wrong place.
What should I do? Thanks in advance.
