Hi David,
Now that you have enabled Subversive (the eclipse plugin for
Subversion support) int he workbench, anytime you try to do something
that requires connection to a subversion repository you should be
prompted with a dialog that looks like Step 8: here

If you can't get to that dialog again maybe try unchecking Subversion
under Window->Source Control Tools, then restart the workbench, then
check it again.

You need to choose at least one of the available connectors in order
for it to work (don't cancel out or the install will be incomplete.)

It can't hurt to just select them all to cover your bases.

Once you properly install the connectors then Subversive should work.
