Can't set brakpoints using emacs idlwave_shell [message #75891]

I'm running idl from the emacs idlwave shell on two computers. On one
system, I can't set breakpoints; I get the not particularly helpful
error message
idlwave-update-routine-info: Wrong type argument: consp, nil
On the other system, everything works properly.

"Good" system
> uname -1
Linux genome 2.6.18-194.el5PAE #1 SMP Tue Mar 16 22:00:21 EDT 2010
i686 i686 i386 GNU/Linux
idl 7.0
emacs 23.2.1

"Bad" system
> uname -a
Linux huxley 2.6.31.6-166.fc12.x86_64 #1 SMP Wed Dec 9 10:46:22 EST
2009 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux
idl 7.0.6
emacs 23.3.1
Any ideas?
