Dear all,

I have been troubled by this problem for a few weeks, and I haven't
been able to figure it out.

When I use postscript font, the cross sign on axises can not be
displayed correctly. For example, if I use

plot, [0, 1], [0, 4e-25]

in a postscript file output with a font = 0, then on the y-axis, I
will find 3(dot)10^-25, and similarly other things. Note that (dot)
here is a dot, which normally it should be a cross sign ('x').

I don't know whether this is something related to fonts in my OS. I am
using IDL 7.0, MacOS version.

Hope you can give me some help here. Thank you.
