Folks,

I decided to sit down with Ronn Kling's interesting little
book, Object Oriented Programming with IDL, this morning
while I drank my coffee. (Ronn's book's, by the way,
are now available in the Coyote store.) Ronn is fond
(maybe too fond!) of committing all kinds of programming
atrocities with Scope_Var_Fetch (he calls it "programming
magic"), and I was puzzling over its use in a GetProperies
method.

I read the section two or three times and was still
confused when I decided to move on and turn the page.
Here is what I read:

"The discoverer of this technique is David Fanning..."

Say what!? Really!

I guess you are never too old to learn something new. :-)

Cheers,

David
