Get the latest Windows SDK here:
http://tinyurl.com/33c3mga
You need the 64bit version: GRMSDKX_EN_DVD.iso

Set up VSExpress for 64bit:
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/9yb4317s.aspx
