I'm sure I've used this method successfully before, but today it stubbornly won't go...

ytickv=indgen(8)-4
ytickname='10!u'+strtrim(ytickv,2)
yticks=n_elements(ytickv)
plot,[0],ytickv=ytickv,yticks=yticks,ytickname=ytickname,/no data

I want labels like 10^1, 10^2 on the y-axis. I get them fine, but underneath the 10^0 label, there's an extra 0, so that it looks like 100^0. (This is DG, by the way). Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong?
