Has anyone in the astronomy community used the CGIS IDL routines for
accessing COBE data within the past... uhm... decade? They look like
they were last updated in the late 90s, and I'm having some issues
getting them to even vaguely work. If I can avoid beating my head
against this wall because someone else already has, that would be nice...
