Hi all (particularly David who may well answer this question),

I would like to open a cgWindow which is a specified size, but I can't
work out how do this. I can't see anything in the docs, and trying
things like an XSIZE and YSIZE parameter doesn't seem to do anything.

Is there a way to do this? I'm pretty sure there would be, I just can't
seem to find it!

Cheers,

Robin
