Folks,

There is a very good chance my web page is going
to hit four million page downloads sometime later
today. (I might not be here, as I have to play tennis
tonight!) This is cause (well, we have to be cheerful
about *something*!) for celebration.

I'm going to give a free booklet, How To Get the Most
Out of Your Dysfunctional Function Graphics System, to
the person who downloads the lucky page!

Happy clicking!

Cheers,

David

P.S. The count is 3,999,788 at Tue, 13 Sep 2011 21:06:06 GMT,
if you want to write an IDL program that gives you the auspicious
time to click.

Woo-hoo! Way to go, U of A! Or should I say, "Bear down!"

Hopefully it's someone from the Optical Sciences Center, aka Meinel
Building.

Ed Meinel

P.S. Yes, he's my father.

Doh, and I so wanted your booklet! I'll have to take my click armies
elsewhere.

We have a winner! The lucky clicker is from the
University of Arizona. They came to the page by
searching for "idl plot gridlines", and found the
4 millionth page: Adding a Grid to a Line Plot.
They downloaded this page at 6:18 PM Mountain
Time this evening.

Please identify yourself! :-)

Cheers,

David
