I may be wrong about this. Tickmark lengths in function
graphics plots now appear to make more sense than direct
graphics tickmark lengths on simple plots. Perhaps
it is only on function graphics colorbar routines
(the subject of my investigation this morning) that
they are completely incomprehensible.
In any case, tick lengths appear to work differently
in a function graphics Plot() command and in the
Colorbar() function. I am not a big fan of the
Colorbar() function, so I could believe this is
the thing that is screwed up.
