Has anyone tried using IDL 4.0.1 with Dec (OSF/1) Unix v4.0 ? Are they
compatible ? Any problems ...

We're currently running Unix 3.2, and are thinking of upgrading when we buy a
C++ compiler.

Unfortunately we can't wait until IDL v5.0 is issued, so I'm very keen to get
an answer to the above Question.

Thank in advance

I am currently using IDL 4.0.1 and Digital UNIX v4.0, and I haven't
noticed any problems.
