I'm finding that there is a limit to the size of windows with the New
Graphics. It doesn't seem to be documented anywhere, but I can't seem
to make a window smaller than 485 x 334 pixels tall. Has anyone else
run into this issue?

w = window(dimensions=[400,250])

Even the example in the help doesn't appear to have worked correctly.
The polygon should have been centered vertically on the window (based
on the window and polygon sizes), and the top margin is larger than
the top.
