Probably, although this was secondary to my original
goal of discovering why MapGrid doesn't put grid lines
in the correct place. I've been down this road before,
too, since in the end I discovered it is because
Map_Proj_Init puts the wrong coordinates in the
uv_box of the map structure it creates.

This is a long-time mission of mine to get this
corrected, since it effects map projections created
with the new mapping software in IDL 8.x, too
(all that software rightly uses Map_Proj_Init
to set up map projections), but no one seems to
want to work on it. :-(

Anyway, another long, frustrating day working with
map projections. What else is new?
