What I wanted to do is a polar contour plot with
the contours levels labeled. I used the following
commands.

Vals=[0.6, 0.7, 0.8, 0.9, 1.0]

Polar_contour, ArrayOfVals, XLons, YLats, $
level=Vals,c_labels=[1,1,1,1,1],/follow


However, I never get any labels. HELP!!
