Folks,
Just a quick update on how the new career is going. :-)
My new e-book (with a new title and new price, long story)
is now available on Amazon sites worldwide:

You will be able to find it on the Barnes and Noble web
site within a few hours. (In a form that you can read on
an iPad or Nook, for example.)
I'm ready to strangle the folks at Lulu, who keep telling
me that the folks at Barnes and Noble don't like my epub
formatted book. (Really!? Have you checked? I just
downloaded it to their friggin' web site!)
I tried to download the book to Google Books, but somehow
the Google Uploader got the new book confused with the
old book (IDL Programming Techniques), gave them the
same ISBN number, and is now selling IDL Programming
Techniques for $2.99 as an e-book. God only knows what
*that* is going to look like on your e-reader, but I
can guarantee you will never find this book priced this
low again. Better snap it up before I get this
problem sorted out. ;-)
