I'm recreating an old machine that died a very painful death.

What's the "best" (or at least the dfanning recommended) way to
"incorporate" the coyote (and other) libraries into IDL 7.1.1.

Is it best to just download it to some folder and add that folder to the
path or is it best to create a coyote "project" in the project explorer or
is there some "better way"?
