Hey guys,
I recently installed emacs on my windows laptop in order to do some coding for my work at home. It worked, and I have emacs, but I can't run the file, debug the file or create an idl shell.
I tried C-c C-d C-c to run it, which didn't work.
I tried C-c C-s to create a shell, which didn't work.
I can save the file, but there is no option to debug it, run it or create a shell anywhere.
Any help would be appreciated,

Make sure you have this installed.

Alternatively, install something like emacs-sumo package on linux or use Aquamacs on Mac OS X
