Save multiple plot windows as a multiple page pdf? [message #81491]

Hi, Folks

I am playing with the new IDL graphics and feel it handy to do things like "p=plot(x,y,...) & p.save,'log.pdf'". However, when I wanted to plot more things and I end up with having a pile of PDFs. I am wondering if there is a way to get hold of the scenes or views from the plots and use IDLgrPDF to generate multiple page PDFs. I know I could construct an IDLgrView for each plot but the convenience these function graphics gives just disappears. Or in the long run, it would be great if we can just do "p.save, 'log.pdf', /append". I'd like to hear you folks' opinions on this. Thanks!
