Thanks
but isn't it is possible to do something after obtaining contours..(for which i am using a segmentation procedure.. and to increase image size by interpolation will increase segmentation time... and may artifact my contours results)
contours coordinates are also in fractions.. is there a way to apply interpolation (increase resolution ..no of pixels) and then extract ROIS..
